Join a master of the outdoors as he
shows you the ecology of one of the most unique areas of the world.
With over 30 years on the Florida waters studying the marine life, Captain
Keith is uniquely qualified to give you an amazing eco tour. Captain
Keith runs eco tours only 45 minutes from Orlando in the fabled waters of
the Indian River Lagoon.
Rather than a noisy air boat ride,
Captain Keith's eco tours are a quiet nature-focused trip, designed for
small parties of 2-3 to give you the best chance of seeing our wildlife in
its natural state and up close!
Captain Keith does his eco tours on the
beautiful and historic Merritt Island National Refuge, which is home to
more endangered plant and bird species than any other refuge in the United
States. The fabled waters in the refuge, Mosquito lagoon and Indian
River Lagoon are awash in history, having been occupied by Indian
Settlements, Spanish Explorers, and Civil War Troops.

It is thrilling to watch true natives
like Dolphin, as they hunt the shallows near the pristine wildlife
preserve of NASA's Space Center. Many times we see young dolphin as
they follow their mothers, or dolphin working in packs chasing fish for
their meals.
Manatees are also commonly seen, and
this graceful, quiet creature is a joy to watch as they feed on the sea
grasses either individually or in family groups. Captain Keith will
give you details on their lives, and you will be amazed at the knowledge
you come away with after a trip

Birdlife in the area is amazing, with
over 300 kinds of birds living or visiting in the area. Captain
Keith will silently pole you along, while you search the fertile and
pristine shorelines for unusual birds and animals. This can be an
event of a lifetime for birding enthusiasts, seeing roseate spoonbills,
egrets, ospreys, numerous types of herons, pelicans, and many more!
Bring your camera!

Alligators are often spotted on our eco
tours, and there is no better way to see them in the wild than on a quiet
eco tour, slipping silently through the waters with captain Keith pushing
you like guides have done for decades.
The life in the waters is amazing, and
you will see stingrays, and a variety of fish. Also, we watch the
shoreline, and have seen raccoons, wild boar, even bobcats!

The eco tours are $99 per person (plus
$6 PayPal service fee if paid online), 2 to 3
people, and are 2 hours in length. The launch site is easy to find, and is
only 45 minutes from the Disney area.
Plan ahead, as the tours are popular!
